English Private Lesson

Information on the procedures for customers who have completed web reservations and reservations for private lessons on the day of the lesson.

 

◾️Opening period

Scheduled to open on December 6, 2025

＊Subject to change depending on snow conditions.

 

◾️Reservation Procedures

Reservations must be made in advance through our online booking page.

＊We only accept advance bookings via our online system. Thank you for your understanding.
＊Any booking made outside the online system is not eligible for discounts (e.g., on-site counter bookings, phone reservations).

 

・Please complete your booking by selecting the lesson type and preferred date on the reservation page by 4:00 PM on the day before your desired lesson.

＊Your reservation is confirmed only after the payment process is completed.

＊Dates that cannot be selected are already closed for booking.

＊After 4:00 PM on the day before your desired lesson, bookings must be made at the school reception counter on the next business day.
(Since this is not an advance reservation, the lesson may be full. Online discounts do not apply. Thank you for your understanding.)

・To change your reservation, please contact us by 4:00 PM, three days before your lesson date.

Example:
If your lesson is on December 20, the deadline for changes is December 17 at 4:00 PM.

 

・If you have a preference for an instructor, please let us know in the remarks section when making your reservation, or by email or phone after your reservation has been confirmed.

＊Depending on the instructor's schedule, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

 

＊There is a fee of ¥1,000 per hour for requesting a specific instructor. Thank you for your understanding.

The fee for requesting a specific instructor is payable on the day of the lesson.

◾️ About payment

Payment of the lesson fee is required to confirm the reserved lesson.

・Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal.

＊If you wish to pay by direct bank transfer or with a UnionPay card (issued outside Japan), please use PayPal.

 

◾️Procedures on the day of the lesson for customers with confirmed reservations

 

・On the day of your lesson, please make sure to check in at the school reception counter no later than 10 minutes before your lesson starts.

＊Reception counter hours: 8:30 AM – 4:15 PM

For customers booking multiple days for private lessons, please come to the reception desk only on the first day.

Lift tickets and rental fees are not included in the price. Please prepare them if necessary.

If you need to rent a lift ticket, please prepare it in advance.

　

The meeting place for the first day of lessons will be in front of the school reception desk.

Please inform the instructor in charge of the meeting place for the second and subsequent days of the lesson.

You may also choose to meet at the Intercontinental ski resort entrance or the ANA Crowne Plaza ski resort entrance on the second and subsequent days of your lesson, but in that case we ask for your cooperation in the following points.

　・Please complete your rentals, etc. by the meeting time and arrive at the meeting place ready to ski.

　・If you do not show up 15 minutes after the meeting time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled on the day of the event.

 

◾️Cancellation Policy

If you cancel for any reason, we will charge you a cancellation fee based on our cancellation policy as follows.

• Up to 8 days before the lesson, by 4:00 PM: 0%

• Up to 3 days before the lesson, by 4:00 PM: 50% of the lesson fee

• After 4:00 PM, 3 days before the lesson: 100% of the lesson fee

*In the event that lessons cannot be held due to unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather preventing lift operation or heavy snowfall preventing access by public transportation, lesson fees will be refunded via the payment service.

 

◾️Others

You may be able to apply for a lesson on the same day depending on the availability of each lesson.
Please come to the school reception counter in the Abe Resort Center.
You can inquire by phone, but cannot make a reservation or application.

*The language used by instructors during English lessons will be English.
