English Private Lesson

Information on the procedures for customers who have completed web reservations and reservations for private lessons on the day of the lesson.

◾️Reservation Procedures

 

Reservations can be made in advance through the online reservation page.

In principle, we only accept online reservations. Please note that we only accept web reservations in principle.
Discounts will not be applied to other than web reservations.

 

Please make a reservation by 5:00 p.m. three days prior to your desired lesson date on the reservation page.

Reservations will be confirmed after payment is completed.

Reservations for dates that cannot be selected will be closed.

Please contact us by phone or e-mail if you need to make a reservation more than 3 days before your desired date. Please apply at the school reception counter. (Please note that the web discount is not applicable.)

 

If you wish to change your reservation, please contact us at least 3 days in advance.

 

・If you have a preference for an instructor, please let us know in the remarks section when making your reservation, or by email or phone after your reservation has been confirmed.

*Depending on the instructor's schedule, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

 

*There is a fee of ¥1,000 per hour for requesting a specific instructor. Thank you for your understanding.

The fee for requesting a specific instructor is payable on the day of the lesson.

◾️ About payment

Payment of the lesson fee is required to confirm the reserved lesson.

・Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal.

*If you wish to pay by direct deposit from a bank account or UnionPay card (not issued in Japan), please use PayPal.

 

◾️Procedures on the day of the lesson for customers with confirmed reservations

 

On the day of the lesson, please confirm your reservation at the school reception counter 30 minutes prior to the start of each lesson.

Counter hours: 8:30 - 9:30 a.m., 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.

For customers booking multiple days for private lessons, please come to the reception desk only on the first day.

Lift tickets and rental fees are not included in the price. Please prepare them if necessary.

If you need to rent a lift ticket, please prepare it in advance.

　

The meeting place for the first day of lessons will be in front of the school reception desk.

Please inform the instructor in charge of the meeting place for the second and subsequent days of the lesson.

You may also choose to meet at the Intercontinental ski resort entrance or the ANA Crowne Plaza ski resort entrance on the second and subsequent days of your lesson, but in that case we ask for your cooperation in the following points.

　・Please complete your rentals, etc. by the meeting time and arrive at the meeting place ready to ski.

　・If you do not show up 15 minutes after the meeting time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled on the day of the event.

 

◾️Cancellation Policy

If you cancel for any reason, we will charge you a cancellation fee based on our cancellation policy as follows.

　

Up to 8 days before the lesson date: 0%.

From 7 days to 72 hours before the lesson date 50% of the lesson cost

After 72 hours before the lesson, 100% of the lesson fee

 

*In the event that lessons cannot be held due to unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather preventing lift operation or heavy snowfall preventing access by public transportation, lesson fees will be refunded via the payment service.

 

◾️Others

You may be able to apply for a lesson on the same day depending on the availability of each lesson.
Please come to the school reception counter in the Abe Resort Center.
You can inquire by phone, but cannot make a reservation or application.

*The language used by instructors during English lessons will be English.
