English Group Lesson
Target age 7 years old or older
Group lessons are offered by a group of customers who are at the same level as each other. We also offer groups for first-time participants. Let's hone your skills together with other members of the same group and create fun winter memories.
*There are two types of lessons: child lessons (7-12 years old) and adult lessons (13 years old and up).
*The event will be held on specific dates, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
English lessons will be conducted in English. Lessons in other languages cannot be requested. Japanese lessons are only available in Japanese.
*Prices shown include tax.

◾️ Reservation Procedures

Reservations are accepted in advance via the online reservation page only.
※Advance reservations are only accepted through the web. Thank you for your understanding.
※Reservations made through other methods (on-site counter, phone, etc.) are not eligible for discounts.

Please complete your reservation by selecting the lesson content and preferred date through the reservation page by 4:00 PM one day before your desired lesson.
※Reservations are confirmed only after payment is completed.
※Dates that cannot be selected are fully booked.
※Reservations made after 4:00 PM one day before the desired date must be completed at the school reception counter on the next business day. (These are not considered advance reservations, so lessons may be fully booked. Web discounts do not apply. Thank you for your understanding.)

To change your reservation, please contact us by 4:00 PM three days before your lesson.
Example: If you booked a lesson on December 20, the deadline for changes is 4:00 PM on December 17.
◾️ Payment

Payment is required to confirm your reserved lesson.

Payment can be made via credit card or PayPal.
If you wish to pay via direct bank transfer or UnionPay card (issued outside Japan), please use PayPal.
◾️ On-the-Day Procedures

On the day of your lesson, please check in at the school reception counter at least 10 minutes before your lesson starts to confirm your reservation.
※Reception hours: 8:30 AM – 4:15 PM
※Lift tickets and rental fees are not included in the lesson price. Please prepare them as needed.
※If you require rentals, please arrange them in advance.
◾️ Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for personal reasons are subject to the following fees:

Until 4:00 PM 8 days before the lesson: 0%

Until 4:00 PM 3 days before the lesson: 50% of the lesson fee

After 4:00 PM 3 days before the lesson: 100% of the lesson fee
※If the lesson cannot be held due to unavoidable reasons such as lift closures from bad weather or inability to access the resort due to heavy snow, the paid lesson fee will be refunded via the payment service.

Depending on availability, lessons may be booked on the day.
※Please visit the school reception counter inside the Appi Resort Center.
※Reservations cannot be made by phone; inquiries are allowed.
