Internationl Private Lesson
Target age: 7 years old and over
Private lessons provide individual clients with more intimate lessons with an instructor. Lessons can be customized according to your skill level and objectives. Also, unlike group lessons, you can designate an instructor of your choice.
*Nomination may not be possible depending on instructor availability. Please understand in advance.
*Children under 6 years old should apply for private lessons at Crayon Shin-chan Kids School.
*Prices shown include tax.

◾️Reservation Procedures
Reservations can be made in advance through the online reservation page.
In principle, we only accept online reservations. Please note that we only accept web reservations in principle.
Discounts will not be applied to other than web reservations.
Please make a reservation by 5:00 p.m. three days prior to your desired lesson date on the reservation page.
Reservations will be confirmed after payment is completed.
Reservations for dates that cannot be selected will be closed.
Please contact us by phone or e-mail if you need to make a reservation more than 3 days before your desired date. Please apply at the school reception counter. (Please note that the web discount is not applicable.)
If there is no vacancy in the lesson slot, it will be put on request (tentative reservation).
If there is no space available, you will be placed on a tentative reservation.
If you wish to change your reservation, please contact us at least 3 days in advance.
Please contact us by e-mail or phone after your reservation is confirmed if you would like to designate an instructor.
Please note that we may not be able to meet your request due to the instructor's schedule.

◾️ About payment
Payment of the lesson fee is required to confirm the reserved lesson.
Please make your payment within 48 hours after your reservation request is completed.
In the case of a request, we will send you an invoice email as soon as the lesson slot is reserved. Please make your payment within 48 hours after we send you the invoice email.
Please understand that lesson reservations that have not been paid for are not yet confirmed.
If you do not make the payment within 48 hours after the reservation is made, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
◾️Procedures on the day of the lesson for customers with confirmed reservations
On the day of the lesson, please confirm your reservation at the school reception counter 30 minutes prior to the start of each lesson.
Counter hours: 8:30 - 9:30 a.m., 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
For customers booking multiple days for private lessons, please come to the reception desk only on the first day.
Lift tickets and rental fees are not included in the price. Please prepare them if necessary.
If you need to rent a lift ticket, please prepare it in advance.
The meeting place for the first day of lessons will be in front of the school reception desk.
Please inform the instructor in charge of the meeting place for the second and subsequent days of the lesson.
You may also choose to meet at the Intercontinental ski resort entrance or the ANA Crowne Plaza ski resort entrance on the second and subsequent days of your lesson, but in that case we ask for your cooperation in the following points.
・Please complete your rentals, etc. by the meeting time and arrive at the meeting place ready to ski.
・If you do not show up 15 minutes after the meeting time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled on the day of the event.
◾️Cancellation Policy
If you cancel for any reason, we will charge you a cancellation fee based on our cancellation policy as follows.
Up to 8 days before the lesson date: 0%.
From 7 days to 72 hours before the lesson date 50% of the lesson cost
After 72 hours before the lesson, 100% of the lesson fee
In the event that the lesson cannot be held due to unavoidable reasons, such as the lifts not operating due to inclement weather or heavy snowfall, the lesson fee will be refunded via the website.

You may be able to apply for a lesson on the same day depending on the availability of each lesson.
Please come to the school reception counter in the Abe Resort Center.
You can inquire by phone, but cannot make a reservation or application.
If you would like to schedule a private lesson in Chinese, you will need to check availability. Please be sure to contact us by e-mail before making a reservation. If payment is made in advance, English lessons will be given priority. Please note that English lessons will be given priority if payment is made in advance. We do not accept group lessons in Chinese. If you are willing to take a lesson in Japanese or English, please make a reservation directly. Japanese lessons are only available in Japanese.
